After 18
successful years of selling in the technical fields,
such as printed circuit board design, and custom
machined springs, my husband, Bob, and I retired to his
home town of Celina, Ohio. I leapt into a host of
volunteer work, a Reading Aide at the local elementary
school, a co-leader for Girl Scout Troop 576, the
President of a Women's Philanthropic organization, that
raises money for cancer programs, the occasional hostess
at the family restaurant, and out-of-state visits with
our 3 children and their families. It wasn't enough.
Unable to relax and enjoy the Good Life, I decided to
apply my love of Sales & Marketing to Real Estate.
Since 2006,
I have been in the top 3 performers of Owen Hall
Realtors/Hall Realty. Two things set me apart from
other Agents; my belief in Marketing specific property
to its best use and Customer Service. Customer service
is all about listening to what the client says and
doesn't say... It's being available for calls and
meetings, even in the evenings and on weekends. It's
seeking out opportunities that exist outside the sign in
the yard, and the multiple listing service. Customer
service is about dedicating the real skill of sales to
all aspects of client representation.
A home is
one of the most expensive assets you'll ever own. A
good Realtor will navigate real estate challenges to
make buying or selling property less daunting, less
stressful and more enjoyable to all involved. It's what
